30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your EVOKE products. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unopened and in its original, unused condition.

Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

EU Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please notify us before the 14-day period expires. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Refunds Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
